At 258 Collective, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel and gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below to see if your order qualifies for a return or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrectly sent.
Refunds (Damaged or Incorrect Orders Only)
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or if you received the wrong item. If this applies to your order, you must contact us within 1-2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or limited-edition drops
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or report an issue with your order:
- Email info@258collective.com within 1-2 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect orders.
- Provide your order number and photos of the item if applicable.
- If your return is eligible, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued back to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to reflect.
Final Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Limited-edition and exclusive drops are final sale – no refunds, exchanges, or returns.
